GFtoDVI converts a generic font (GF) file created by Metafont
to a DVI file that can then be typeset and printed by OzTeX.
Given a file called cmr10.300gf, GFtoDVI will create cmr10.dvi.
The characters in the GF file will appear one per DVI page,
with labels, titles, and annotations as specified in Appendix H
of Donald Knuth's "The METAFONTbook". Knuth wrote GFtoDVI as a
proofing aid to help him design the Computer Modern fonts.
